CDS, a leading provider of industrial motherboards and embedded systems, has announced a new fanless signage player built with Quad Core processor, helping retail and hospitality segments provide stunning digital experiences to customers with the latest interactive media technology.
With a thickness of 19.5mm, SI-22 is a very slim player that can be deployed across various establishments such shopping malls, retail stores, hotels and restaurants to promote compelling messages about their products and services to target clients. Integrated with the Embedded G-Series SoC 1.5GHz Quad-core core processor and high-performance Radeon HD8330E graphics, the SI-22 can power Flight and Passenger Information Display System in airports and railway stations.
The SI-22 system comes equipped with essential interface on the rear panel including audio, dual HDMI, RS232, GbE LAN, USB, and DC jack. Optional solutions for 3G, TV tuner, Bluetooth and WiFi connections are available. The DDR3-1600 system memory can be expanded up to 8GB. Measuring 190mm(W) x 130mm(D) x 19.5mm(H), the can easily disappear into tight spaces behind a wall mounted display.
