Our technical director, Tony Large, recently partook in his yearly visit to our factories to ensure high quality controls and systems are being met.
For the approximate 12,000 base LCD panels stocked in each factory the factories focus on industrial quality controls including;
- incoming quality inspection, in house age testing
- 100% tested over 24-48 hours in a temperature controlled 45c room.
- class 10,000 clean room for touch and back light modifications
- semi automated production line (around 1kpcs per day)
- very professional outfit with their own SAP system designed in house.
