As well as Woosim’s IP54 certified mobile thermal printers being Android App ready, other printers within their mobile range are also ready to work with your Android OS smartphone or tablet as well as the latest Microsoft Windows. The mobile range has options in all standard print widths, 1″ , 2″, 3″ and 4″, with all printers having a serial interface (UART or TTL) as standard (USB optional) and a wireless Bluetooth interface for printing on the move. All printers offer a high resolution of 8 dots/mm (203 dpi) with print speeds varying from 60 mm/sec to 80 mm/sec depending on model. Woosim have paid close attention to each printers design and functionality with a key focus on compact sizing resulting in high spec pocket sized printers. Another superb design feature to aid the use in mobile EPOS applications is many of the printers have the option of a built-in (ISO7810 and ISO7811) dual track magnetic card reader.
All printers are supplied with built-in re-chargeable Li-ion battery pack and the appropriate AC adaptor/charger, battery packs can also be purchased as a spare to keep your printer operating for years to come. The 2″, 3″ and 4″ models can also be supplied with a leather belt pouch to aid their use in truly mobile applications such as parking wardens, mobile ticketing and transport/delivery logistics etc.. For in-vehicle use a 12V power adaptor can be used to keep your printer fully charged for the days transactions.
