The latest information from our China based suppliers is that they are all pretty much up and running and at full capacity. Leadtimes are still a little longer than usual as they are catching up on production but they hope to have the backlog of orders completed and shipped by the end of this month. We would still advocate early ordering if at all possible to give all parties more time to process the order and factor into the production schedule etc..
I would like to confirm that Craft Data are currently functioning as normal with no member of staff or their immediate family reporting symptons of the virus. To help to keep us safe we are all following the Governments guidelines for the workplace, to help keep our staff and customers safe we have made the decision that we can no longer visit customers at their premises at this time, which I am sure you will agree is for the best.
