Powertip PH102600T-002-IBC 7.0″ TFT LCD

Powertip’s PH102600T-002-IBC TFT LCD is their latest release in the ever popular wide format 16:9,  7.0” size. The usual 800×480 WVGA resolution has been upgraded to the larger 1024 x 600 WSVGA resolution giving sharper image quality when scaling full HD images and videos.  The new panel will be available with an LVDS interface following the markets demand for panels compatible with the latest driver/interface chips.

This new 7.0” TFT panel incorporates a white LED backlight and produces a brightness of 500 cd/m² plus with a high contrast ratio of 600:1 an excellent optical performance is guaranteed. The panel is set for the 6 o’clock viewing option and offers viewing angles of 120° on both the horizontal and vertical axis.

This version of the TFT LCD is supplied with the latest projected capacitive touch sensor and cover lens with the capacity of 10 simultaneous touches. The touch sensor incorporates either an I²C or USB interface and offers a high level of ruggedness and excellent light transmissivity of >85%.
