Mark joins the CDS team to grow the embedded side of our business
We’re thrilled to welcome a new face to the Crystal Display Systems (CDS) team! Mark Widdowson has joined us as Sales Manager – Embedded Systems, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience and a passion for innovation in embedded technology.
Mark’s appointment is part of our strategic growth plan to expand our embedded systems offering, which includes our popular range of Panel PCs, Boxed PCs, and custom embedded computing solutions. As demand continues to rise across industrial sectors, we’re committed to delivering the expertise and support our customers need—and Mark is perfectly positioned to help us do just that.
A Proven Industry Professional
Mark’s career spans many years in the display and embedded systems sector, where he’s worked with leading specialist technology companies. His background includes pivotal roles in the development and adoption of TFT LCD technologies, touchscreens, and embedded solutions across high-demand environments such as automation, transportation, medical, military, and industrial control.
Before joining CDS, Mark played an instrumental role in the UK arm of a major embedded computing group. There, he helped shape strategic growth initiatives, forge strong customer relationships, and lead innovation in embedded technology.
