Why our UART Displays?

Our COB UART display range starts at a 1.3” 240×240 resolution size and goes up to a 21.5” 1920×1080 full HD resolution and encompasses all the key display sizes in-between, also included are versatile bar types (letterbox format) and modern contemporary circular options as well as a range of super slimline COF versions.  IPS wide view technology is used extensively across the range, delivering wide viewing angles and consistent image quality across all viewing directions

At the heart of the complete UART Display range is a dual-core processor based on the ever popular and stable intel 8051 architecture, plus DWIN’s own powerful development software, DGUS. The DGUS design tool allows system designers to build their graphical user interface including touch functionality by simply importing images, fonts and music files from popular software programmes, vastly reducing the GUI development time. Once complete your GUI can be quickly and simply transferred to the UART Display’s 16MB FLASH (expandable to 64MB) memory via SD card or RS232/USB adaptor boards.  

Communication to your application’s microprocessor is via the displays integrated UART interfaces, with a choice of TTL or RS232 with some models also having a dedicated RS485 or CAN-Bus.
