There are two distinct versions of these LED circles: one with a frame and one without. They differ fundamentally in design. The frameless version features segments with a triangular shape and rounded edges, while the framed version uses square-shaped segments. The square-segmented design requires the frame to conceal the edges and create a circular appearance, making it more affordable overall.
