. A new in 28in 1920×358 LED stretched digital signage display has been announced by Crystal Displays for use in transportation, elevators and public venues. The fanless monitor is pitched as a power saving LED alternative to more conventional LED signage solutions used in limited spaces in these industries.
The panel – which can be deployed in both horizontal and vertical installations – includes LED resizing technology and offers an aspect radio of 16.3, brightness of 700cd/sqm, and a contrast ratio of 3,000:1.
The CDS-280 supports VGA and DVI signal interfaces and audio functions for easy connection with the plug-and-play system. The series includes an RS232 interface reserved for alternative connectivity. It also comes with a flexible wall mounting interface of 200x100mm for easy installation and can be bundeled with a number of our digital signage players in a rear AD box.
The 28in CDS-280 is available now with a 38in CDS-380 stretched signage display details of which will be announced soon.
