Job = Marketing and Office Admin assistant, reporting to Managing Director.
Where = Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent.
Hours per week = 12-16 (we are flexible on when they are completed to help an individual’s personal circumstances such as children, or lectures etc.) between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
6 month probation period.
Starting hourly wage = £9.00 per hour (£108-£144 per week) + potential discretionary annual bonus.
Tasks will include (but not limited to) the following but training and support given:
- Answering the phone
- Various marketing tasks.
- Updating webpage content.
- Database management.
- Emailing customers and suppliers.
- Varied administration tasks.
- Filing sporadically but not much.
- Any other related jobs required to help and support the team (in a small team we all have to do a number of tasks).
You the person:
- Hard working, organised, and dedicated person to add value to the company
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Good team player that will fit into the team easily.
- Can work independently
- motivated, focused and task orientated
- Experience in and knowledge of, the above work areas would be beneficial (also websites and / or Search Engine optimisation) but not critical as training given.
